Dear Eden CISD Parents,
May 11th and May 12th will be “hybrid” days for STAAR testing this year. Students that are testing on these days will be required to be on campus taking the STAAR test. Students that are not scheduled to test on these days will not be required to attend school “in-person”. They will be required to do “remote learning” on these days.
May 11th
• Students in grades 3-8 will be on campus taking the STAAR Math test.
• Students in grades K-2 and 9-12 will be off campus doing “remote learning”.
May 12th
• Students in grades 3-8 will be on campus taking the STAAR Reading test.
• Students in grades K-2 and 9-12 will be off campus doing “remote learning”.
Eden CISD will be providing day-care on both days for students in grades K-2. This option would be for working parents that need someone to watch their K-2 students on these days.
To sign-up for day care, please contact Mrs. Estrada at tiffany.estrada@edencisd.net no later than Tuesday, May 4th.
If you have any questions, please contact Matt Odom at matt.odom@edencisd.net or 325-869-4121.

Important information for parents of incoming Eden CISD kinder students! If your child is going to be in kindergarten next year, please make plans to attend.
Go Dogs!

Parents,
Over the next couple of days we will be sending physical forms home with all incoming 9-12 grade students who will be participating in Athletics, Band, and Cheer. There will be no cost to you, but you will need to complete the medical history portion, sign the form, and return it to us. We will take a bus to San Angelo on the 28th of April. If you do not want your child to participate, then you will be responsible for getting your child a physical before they can participate next year.
We are currently working on a solution for physicals for JH students.

Here is the schedule of events for the Area Track meet next Wednesday in Mertzon.

Parent Reminder!!
Thursday, April 1st is a Student Holiday/Staff Workday!
