Bulldog Bulletin

With the recent move to the new campus building and an increased focus on student safety, Eden CISD will no longer have a Homecoming parade down Highway 83 to the gazebo. Instead, we are starting some new traditions in keeping with our small-town roots and time-honored Bulldog legacy.

This year, our annual Homecoming parade will follow the Bulldog Mile. We’ll start in the current high school parking lot and follow Smith Street to the south, down to Bryan Street. We will turn west on Bryan and travel in front of the old campus buildings. Once past the old buildings, we will turn back north on Kelly Street and finish up at the new campus main entrance on Tillman Street. Students will get off their floats and come into the building. Our Homecoming pep rally will be in the gym so that we can always have a big pep rally celebration, come rain or shine.

Keeping our students safe is job number one. Staying off Highway 83 will allow our students to participate in a parade with minimal traffic disruptions. We welcome our community to participate, as always, as parade spectators along the route and to join us in the building for the pep rally.  The parade will begin at 2:30pm, and the pep rally will start following the parade.
